Yan He graduated from Southeast University with a B.S. degree in Material Science and Engineering in 2021. At Southeast University, his research focused on materials molding and amorphous and nanocrystalline alloys. In 2024, he earned a M.S. degree of Material Science of Engineering in Tongji University under the supervision of Haixiang Han. During his research in Tongji University, he focused on structure design of atomic precise Mn-O clusters and colloidal synthesis of the Mn3O4 nanoparticles by using the Mn-O clusters as precursors. In December of 2024, he joined the Demir’s group at MSU. Outside the lab, he enjoys playing the piano, listening to classical music and traveling. Feel free to reach out via email: heyan3@msu.edu.
